american made, canadian raised. wielding a BFA in painting. his education and upbringing in calgary, alberta have led him to find fondness in a city where art is only beginning to truly emerge. he is passionate about bringing a new perspective into the sometimes stifling areas of life in calgary, including attempts at putting on art shows outside the gallery setting, and leaving works of art in public areas to be dealt with in whatever manner a stranger deems necessary. art AS life has been beaten into his rational from the 5 years spent at alberta college of art + design, and he hopes to refine the ideals, ideas, and convictions of his practice as he goes onward. 

disruption seems to work well with intention. the normal ways i settle into a state of comfortable existence always seem to counter the ways that free my passions. i need rescue from this learned trap of expectation, but the only way i'll do it is if i let go of all it's tantalizing vices. i know hope floats, so hopefully i haven't already been weighed down by my justifications and assumptions.
